Internet pedophilia is growing
Another study conducted by the Foundation Internet Watch Foundation (IFW), showed that the Internet has become more sites that contain photos that depict child abuse. The number of such resources has exceeded 31 thousand. Of these, more than a third can rightfully be called outlaw because they contain scenes of violence.
About 3 thousand sites were, among other things, a hotbed of viruses, Trojans and other malware, and more than a thousand and a half are commercial resources. Thus, experts have a reason to declare the growing problem of pedophilia on the Internet.
Administrators of such sites, in order not to “burn,” use different tricks - for example, they divide images into several parts that are physically located on different servers and are only put together on a certain web page. There is also the practice of locating servers in countries where legislation is liberal with respect to pedophiles (do they really exist?). True, most of the servers are located in the USA (58%) and in Russia (28%), which characterizes both states not with the best hand.
