Tool idea: CSS color shifter

I must say that I am not a professional web developer. However, there are several sites for which spiritual impulses are observed from time to time due to changes in default skins. However, they are all killed against the CSS wall. Records in the file are usually many, and color matching takes a long time, even using different palette generators. How can you do it faster?
Imagine that you do not want to set each color manually, but want to shift the brightness (tone, saturation) as for the image in Photoshop. So it turns out the tool - like the CSS color editor , but where you do not need to pick one with each color separately. Upload the original CSS, set the slider with a shift - and drag the new generated CSS to your site. If something is wrong - one two colors are easier to fix than with fifty.
