Russian team "Selenokhod" joined the fight for Google Lunar X Prize
On September 21, the first Russian team, Selenohod , joined Google Lunar X Prize.

Another interesting feature of the competition is that participating teams must be financed from private sources of at least 90%. The first prize can be awarded no later than December 31st of 2012.
