I want to share with you one news ...
After much deliberation, walking around the authorities and other things, finally, the approval was received for the creation of a so-called. "Youth Council for Informatization" on the Belarusian Railway (MCI).
Why all this suddenly?
There is an Informatization Council on our railroad, which includes various unwelcome uncles and aunts. At the council, basically, there is a “debriefing”, various resolutions and so on ...
In order to convey to modern-day information technologies as much as possible, as well as the hypothetical possibility of using these technologies on railways, I have made various attempts to create ISI ...

The last attempt gave success, if I may say so. Of course, before going to my superiors, I consulted with less big bosses, i.e. its immediate. They advised me to sketch a couple of leaves of text, which I moved to the embrasure ...
So, I wrote a little higher, that the last attempt gave success and immediately made a reservation. Now I will try to explain:
As it turned out that big boss has more big bosses, who would doubt; (,
So, those bosses need a little more than a dozen leaves of project documentation - this time, well, two is that after the approval of my idea, I ... went on vacation ... that is, I even ran away, finally))). So, what is happening there now, I do not know. I only know that the process has moved from a dead point.
Another condition
There was another condition: the very fact of consideration, by the big bosses, of the theoretical existence of the ISI, must be supported by the presence of people interested in the project. No, not those who would somehow have lopped it up or something else (although the presence of them never interferes), but those people who will be engaged in it, i.e. the composition of the MCI.
There are no problems with people. On duty, riding on business trips, I meet many interesting people at stations and offices. There are the same former classmates, i.e. people actually have. But I suspect that I was not everywhere and I do not know everyone)). Therefore, if YOU are reading this article - contact me;)
This is a kind of diary of creation (formation) of the ISI, so I’ll stick to the series in my personal blogs and write about new small steps towards our appearance.
