IETester v0.4 has been released

Finally, we waited for the correct operation of IETester in Windows 7! After a quick test, I was satisfied with several sites and noticed that a lot of errors were missing compared to the previous version (0.3.5), but there were broken buttons, such as “Internet Explorer settings”, but these are trivialities.
