What better way to thank the sysadmin?

I work in the regional branch of a Moscow organization as a sysadmin. The position sounds loudly “Head of the unified information service of the region”, but in fact the usual administration of two grids, telephony. The staff we have a very diverse number of more than 100 people. In the field of IT in a company I am alone against this horde. Many working in a similar position, faced with the fact that some employees are asking for help with a home computer. Reinstall Windows , install antivirus, some other software, upload new maps to the GPS navigator, etc. Since we have a provincial town, we receive requests to download something on the Internet, the last KVN entry, some kind of film, programs from file exchange networks. Everything happens, from pressing the “magic button” to data recovery from flash drives and screws. Someone from those whom I helped say "thank you", someone thinks that the admin does not feed, just let him dig into someone else's laptop in search of the causes of "brakes" or an exotic virus. Requests are different, and gratitude for them is either oral or “burning.” These people are just colleagues, except for the work, often, nothing binds us.
So, I would like to ask the community how do you accept gratitude for solving the personal problems of IT staff? Honestly, it is not very motivating to do something for a person who will just say “thank you” to you, saving you 500-700 rubles for calling a computer master at home. I could do my work for the time spent, or something useful after all. How do you think?
