It took us to the company system administrator. Thanks ellesar2001 , placed a vacancy . There was me even then on Habré.
Standard questions that were asked at the interview:

1. Basic UNIX commands (How to find out what the OS is, see dmesg, determine the list of server interfaces, etc.).
2. Basic TCP / IP concepts (What is ttl, how traceroute works, what is over 7 levels of ISO / OSI)
3. Basic questions on the syntax of the PL (for those who wrote knowledge of the PL in the summary).
4. Basics of cryptography (what is a hash, asymmetric / symmetric algorithm, hacking methods?)

Results:
Of the 9 people who were interviewed, one answered more or less decently.
8 of them are graduates or students of technical universities (MEPI, Baumanka, ...)
Basic definitions do not know any. All explained on the fingers.
Knowledge * nix for 6 people - ability to work with GUI.
The only answer is a 17-year-old boy.
And these people - with diplomas, with education ...
And they will work!
