New Fan Language to replace C # and Java

Charter to rewrite programs from Java to C # and back, a group of people from Richmond has developed a new practical programming language that is designed to write programs in an easy and relaxed, fun (fun) manner.

Fan programs can be run as scripts in the browser (similar to JavaScript), as well as regular scripts (similar to bash / perl) or desktop applications (.exe, elm)

Programs are compiled into an intermediate fcode code, which is then translated into runtime either into JVM bytecode or IL, depending on which virtual machine the program was run on. Also, fcode will allow in the future to write a translator in Parrot, Object-C or LLVM.
