VIA EPIA-P720, Pico-ITX format motherboard, loses 1080p without straining too much
Nvidia Ion has recently attracted all the attention of the public, and in the meantime, VIA has been working on this 1080p-compatible thing for quite a while. Actually, we already heard earlier this year that the VIA EPIA-P710 Pico-ITXe is capable of playing 1080p video clips, but now we have video evidence that the successor of that board really can. According to VIA, this motherboard is the first of their products to have the VX855 media processor onboard, which is obviously the "magic bubbles", allowing you to watch high-resolution graphics. See below for a demo video, and good luck with resisting the desire to assemble a portable HTPC over the weekend.
