The idea is to teach the browser to “memorize” advertisements that the user has viewed, and to make a convenient search interface in this archive. In other words, "cross" search by index and by time interval, you can also add a filter by domain. Well, make a bookmark.
I think that such a service is relevant now, and it will definitely become more relevant in the future, when advertising will become more media than text. After all, often we saw something somewhere, but there was no time to delve into it.

Technically, it will probably be difficult to do, because such a service must have an open solution in order to work with various ad networks and be flexible enough for everyone to accept it as a standard.
