"Ideas" section
To begin with, that on Habré recently, I really like the concept, every day a lot of new and interesting, thank you.
It seems to me as Habr consolidates people interesting and creative, there is not enough section IDEAS , along with “Posts Blogs People Companies Work ...”
The section could become a piggy bank of new ideas that many visitors of Habr are rich and would like to share, suggest and discuss. Well, someone could use ideas to implement :)

You can do a survey about the need for such a section and are people ready to give their ideas to society like that at all :) I am wishing my altruist dream to live in such a society, even if it is virtual :)
