StarWind Software company is glad to open your blog on Habré. So far, our company is little known to Khabrasoobshchestvo, and was mentioned only once, in an interview with Interview with Cyril Danilyuk from the investment fund ABRT , but now I will try to correct this omission.
The main product of our company is the software iSCSI target for the Windows platform, under the same name - StarWind. Despite the fact that our company has existed since February of this year, the current version of the product itself is 4.2. It is caused by the fact that Rocket Division was previously engaged in the development of StarWind, which, nevertheless, devoted most of its time to its main product - the program for recording StarBurn discs.
In addition, the development and the iSCSI initiator with a large set of additional features - StarPort - passed to us. Well, our last product is a virtual hard disk image converter V2V.
At the moment we have huge plans for innovations in future versions of StarWind and StarPort on which we are working hard. Despite the fact that our main office is located in the USA and most of our customers are English-speaking users, we are working to make our products available in many languages, and Russian is now one of our priorities.
