ATL - UserJS script for habrakhra 2

Hello again, habrazhiteli!
I hope some of you still remember my User-JS plugin for habr?
I hasten to please you - the new version is ready! :)
To begin with - a list of fixes in the design:
1) Now links to the topic are added to the blogs of companies.
2) Removed underscores under the arrow.
List of fixes in the code:
1) Now the namespace is not polluted by a bunch of script functions, since Now everything is assembled in the ATL class.
2) The onload event now does not interfere with other scripts that use it.
