For the third year after the closure of the famous Allofmp3.com site, sales of music in RuNet continue to fall, Vedomosti reports, citing data from the research company iKS-Consulting.

According to experts, the stagnation of the market is also related to changes in Russian legislation, which since 2008 has banned the collection of royalties through societies for collective management of rights.
