Most recently, I had an idea - to make a Twitter gateway via icq.

Immediately the idea moved to the development stage. And the result was the icq2twitter.ru service, which I want to submit for your consideration.

Features

A feature of the service can be called the fact that the service works through the Twitter API , and at the same time uses OAuth authentication. This allows you to send and read posts via the messenger (any icq client), while not specifying your Twitter password. It is enough to add our application to the trust list on Twitter.

Since the idea came quite recently, and there was too little time for its implementation, the functionality is not yet complete, but I promise to finish everything I want in a short time.

Now you can:

• watch your tape
• send and receive tweets
• cancel last (e) tweets
• search by keywords
• send direct messages
• receive direct messages
• find out information about the user

Soon it will be possible:

• send tweets at a specified time
• follow / unfollow - already added
• compress / expand links

While the service is working in test mode, so the number of invites is very limited.
