Google launched site statistics

Now Google is also a holiday for those who love exact numbers and all sorts of "percentages". It's simple: the Internet giant has opened a handbook of statistical information called Internet Stats . This is mostly a collection of facts, broken down by topic. Information is taken from fifty well-known sources. A database of facts and figures is available, but it does not work in the best way.

The interface is still in English, the text on the site too, the resource is available on the UK domain Google, but the information concerns, fortunately, not only the UK. In total there are five sections: macroeconomics, technology, consumer trends, media audience and media in general. The difference of media is represented most widely.

Having rummaged in Internet Stats it is easy to find that so far there is very little data. However, with a couple of clicks you can find out a bunch of “goodies”. For example, that in “May YouTube was downloaded at 20 hours of video per minute.” Or that "on January 26, 2009, 76,000 layoffs around the world were simultaneously reported."
