More precisely, they have a lot in common in interfaces: field headers, menu items, texts in copyrights, in contacts. So why not make an “interface data bank” (BDT) ... yes! So take it and call it that way.

To paint in this IBD any general requirements and to close the topic once and for all ... should some American web project have or should not have a Russian or Italian, or even Chinese, interface and vice versa.
And in order to make it absolutely beautiful, to take and adopt at the interstate level a joint resolution and fill this very IBD under the control of the respective language specialists of each state. Moreover, it is very easy now to identify the main players in different languages.
And that's it! In the bag! Everyone is happy and all is well! And to people - end users and the owners of Internet projects themselves ... yes, everyone!
