Comments on issues

For questions published on Habré, it would be useful to be able to leave a short comment. Of course, brevity is a sister, but sometimes it is useful to provide the question in the post title with additional clarification. This may clarify the context, reduce the chances of an incorrect understanding of the issue and ultimately improve the quality of the voting result, making it more adequate.
At the moment, you can leave explanations in the comments, but this is not the best option, because such comments are not visible in the feed. The best place to clarify, as it seems to me, would be between the title of the question and the first answer to it.
