Obmateru / Yours site

I present a simple to disgrace micro-service Obmater .
This is the simplest redirect, but I have not seen anything like it:
- you write obmate.ru/ya.ru and you get on the website ya.ru
The question is, why is it needed? - I use it when I don’t want to give a direct link to it. The address is visible, but the PR and PR site does not increase.
The script simply redirects to the line after the "/".
