Many do not know that the State Duma in Moscow (on Okhotny Ryad) consists not of one building, but of three buildings standing close to each other.
In the news and photos usually flashes a photo of the building, which has the address "Okhotny Ryad, d. 1". However, for example, both halls of the Duma (where deputies fought earlier, and now plenary sessions are held), and which are shown on TV, are in the so-called. "Transition" - a three-story building that connects the old building of the State Duma with the new - located at Georgiyevsky lane, _dom_2 .
And now attention : on Yandex.Maps and Google Maps the wrong address of the new building of the State Duma is indicated. Instead of "house 2" on all the cards it says "house 12".
It should be noted that the article on Georgievsky Pereulok in Wikipedia states that Troekurovskiye Chambers are located at address 4, but opposite to house 2 is blank - although it would be strange not to indicate that the building of the State Duma is located at this address .

I myself worked in this “hiding” building for several months, having climbed it from basements to attics, and found nothing mysterious there. The usual state institution. What caused such mystery and confusion with addresses - it is not clear. Any comments?
