Electronic dump

As an idea for a startup: the site is a dump of unnecessary files that visitors anonymously throw there with some note in a nutshell what it is.
The idea is interesting because you can rummage there, maybe something will catch your fancy, you can subscribe to the tape and get a description of the things just dropped. When a thing is thrown out, is it copied or not, i.e. if it is not copied, then in the event that someone downloads it, it disappears from the landfill. Something like that.
