Monopoly City Streets short review - online games based on Google Maps

Good night everyone :)
Having hardly made my way to www.monopolycitystreets.com (I recently skipped the announcement of this multiplayer game based on Google Maps on Habré), I hasten to share my first observations and successes.

Immediately I want to say that the first few hours after the launch of this project, the server was just lying. I do not know why, but the developers did not take care of ensuring the corresponding server performance. And even so far it is impossible to play: most often for any attempt to interact with the local interface, we get the error “Oh, sorry, but our servers are lying. Try coming back later. ”

Attention! Traffic!

On the first visit, the service offers us to start from the city that he identified at our IP address.
Well, to be honest, I wanted to do it - where else is becoming a monopolist? :)

')
After clicking on the link, we get to our city and get the opportunity to buy any street. This is where the game begins. It is at the time of buying the street that you are asked to register. However, with the brakes that now, even register is quite problematic.
Plus, in the nickname, only letters and spaces are allowed. Sorry, I'm already used to my nickname.

After registration, we apparently should have immediately logged in, but at that moment the server again could not bear the load and I had to log in myself.
This is what the interface of a registered and authorized user looks like:

At the bottom of the working area there are five keys:
1. Search for city / country / street

2. Enable the street purchase wizard (the streets in purple are available for purchase and the blue ones are already owned by other players)

this screenshot shows a free street for purchase (just a proposal to find the nearest opponent’s building and blow it up :)

and here - already bought by someone

we can try to make an offer to buy this street from our opponent

Note: There is also the “7 Day Rule” (“Rule of Seven Days”) and it says “You must respond to the offer within 7 days, otherwise it will be automatically accepted”

3. Show the streets you have already bought.

4. A kind of in-game mail

5. Local top players :) At the moment is empty, because it is updated once a day

Clicking on our street we can either sell it or build a new building on it:

These are the most expensive buildings:

After choosing the type of building we indicate where to put it on the street:

And we get this chip :)

Income brings both buildings and streets - every day.

Also in the game there are so-called Chance Crads and they are divided into three types:

If you are a fan of Monopoly, then why not play? :)
True, now it is difficult, but I think in a day or two everything will become more or less stable.
Good luck, young monopolists;)

Ps. For those who are interested in what it is done on: Flash, jQuery (and, of course, Google Maps API).

UPD:
1. If you build a Hazard-building, the street ceases to generate income.
2. User Bobos suggests not to build the Hazards in Russia:
If it doesn't bother you, please write in PS to the article a request not to foul Russia with all sorts of Hazards - competition by competition, but if our capital, for example, is presented in this game as a strange city, it will not be very good. It is better to wet amerikosov :)

3. At the request of youROCK uploaded pictures to another hostbook - datapoliten.ru
4. Who, I repeat, who built Hazard on Lenin Avenue? :( This is the main street!
