Little assistant for the management of their working time

Not everyone at work has a good and quality time tracker, which is convenient and pleasant to use. Congenital laziness, supported by inconvenience, postpones the moment of filling the time worked almost next week. And here sits such a thoughtful programmer, desperately trying to remember - and what did he do exactly a week ago? Once again doing this kind of time, I got the idea to make a simple paper time and task tracker.
