Despite the fact that the mobile OS Windows Mobile 6.5 was
introduced in February of this year,
officially in Russia, phones with this OS will be available only from October 6th.
Microsoft has announced models from the following manufacturers: Acer, Asustek, Gigabyte, HTC, LG, Rover PC, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and Toshiba. The start of sales in October, by the way, is scheduled not only in Russia, but also in North and Latin America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region - almost all over the world.
Well, okay. In general, this is not such a revelation. I think those who wanted could already get acquainted with the new OS. But the marketing approach is interesting. The fact is that the clever men at Microsoft decided to introduce a new term: Windows Phone (“Windows Phone”). By this name, they mean "a universal device that helps to always be in touch and find the necessary information by combining the capabilities of a computer, telephone and the Internet."
Everything is indecently simple. Now, a buyer who is not burdened with real knowledge about how this fucking [smartphone] works and what functions are needed in it, all you need to do is tell the smiling seller that he wants a
beer and Windows phone and the hat. The idea is sound, in my opinion. And, given the capabilities of the software giant, it is doable. People get used to the simple quickly.

It is actually easier for an average person to choose a gadget based on what they can do, and not because of the name of the manufacturer (for many Acer or HTC it’s an empty sound). Well, we are right at the PC level: disputes about which vidyuha or processor are cooler are usually preceded by holivars on the topic of operating systems.
