Is time and space changeable?

If I understood correctly in this note , it is stated that Einstein was right: gravity is not physical force at all, but the curvature of space and time and for this reason the planets do not fall on the Sun but rotate in their orbits. This is the conclusion reached by researchers from Oxford (British scientists?).
