Video bodybuilding and fitness lessons or packaging information with DLE

I want to talk about my first mini-project, a collection of videos on bodybuilding and fitness.
After a couple of years of training in the gym and observations during training for surrounding colleagues, it was concluded that many people make serious mistakes in the technique of the exercises, especially beginners. At first, I myself made blunders and not so much mistakes, which resulted in a waste of time, energy, money and some injuries. How to avoid it? Of course, it’s enough just before going to a training session to climb another hour for profile sites and forums in search of necessary information. Everything would be fine, but laziness is often stronger, so it’s also problematic to find the right material at a given time in one place. This problem, according to plan, must be resolved by FitnessTube.ru
In the very idea of the site there is nothing ingenious and supernova. The main advantage is the packaging of information.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to use the video lessons of our own production (future plans), so at the first stage, youtube videos were selected and sorted according to muscle groups and types of exercises:
In addition to video clips, the user can read the theory (according to the book of S. Arnie) on the implementation of most exercises:
During training, it is very useful to clearly know not only the correct technique for performing the exercises, but also which muscles work in this process, not limited to general concepts, such as back, chest, legs, etc. The materials with clear images and text description for each muscle group will help to understand this:
And in the end, the site is made on DLE ... I know that many people dislike it to say the least. Perhaps there are reasons for this, however, for a person who does not speak any of the web programming languages, with a partial knowledge of HTML, CSS (I am among them) and with similar tasks, this engine may suit you.
Once again I want to note that this project does not pretend to any innovation. The main goal was to collect all the minimally necessary information in one place and sort it out. It turned out or not, to decide users.
