Turn off your cell phones

I was always a little upset by people that having come to the theater, for example, stubbornly did not want to turn off their cell phone. as a result, during the presentation, or watching a movie, or a meeting, the familiar sounds of the calls from the tubes suddenly begin to be heard. This at least distracts listeners and at least annoys speakers.
In cinemas or theaters, we can often hear the appeal of the administration to the audience, about how strongly they implore us to turn off our balalaika, but alas, most often these appeals are simply ignored.

And here I come across a wonderful video on youtube about how to deal with such a phenomenon in some cases. Musicians prepare for their performance and tune their instruments.
