Electronic tickets for electronic money
On August 25, the Moneta.ru company completed the first stage of introducing electronic payment methods for S7 Airlines and I, as an employee of the payment system, and in the context of this article, more as an ordinary passenger, I want to talk about my experience in booking and paying for an S7 electronic ticket.
The first stage, which I mentioned above, includes the payment for tickets ordered through the airline's contact center, which I used. And now everything is more detailed and in steps:
1. I called the contact center by phone 8-800-200-0007 (there is also a direct Moscow number: + 7-495-777-99-99).
2. A girl from the support service asked where and from where we were going and what day. Called flights for which there are free tickets.

3. I asked the name and surname of the passengers who are flying and my phone number.
4. I called the reservation number and informed that the validity period of this reservation is 3 hours, payment must be made during this time.
5. Here in the next step there was a hitch. I could not use the reservation number to pay for it, since the order ID was required on the payment system website . I had to call the contact center again and ask for the number I needed. For reference: the format of the reservation number is V14HV, and the order identifier is a normal number. We contacted the airline to clarify this issue, it turned out that not all support service employees were instructed about the new method.
6. Under the order payment link I entered the order number and went to the page for choosing the payment method
Currently the following methods are available: Moneta.ru, WebMoney, Yandex.Money, MoneyMail, Eleksnet terminals, bank transfer and CONTACT money transfer system
7. After 5 minutes, after payment, I was called back from the contact center and asked for the series, passport number and date of birth, as well as an email, to which they later sent a route receipt.
That's all, time for booking and payment took about 15-20 minutes. At the airport at check-in showed only a passport and an hour later flew to the destination.
