6 slides for 30 seconds or 60 for 3?

Recently, I increasingly have to deal with presentation files. Someone even manages to issue a compromise in the form of a presentation. I am very pleased with this trend, because I personally like it much better to fall apart in a chair and zhmakat space, rather than having buried in the monitor trying to pull out a few words and numbers from several printed sheets ...
They have already written a lot about how to make and arrange presentations. I do not plan to write about it now, just as I will not talk about the content. I want to talk about a slightly different approach to the format of a corporate presentation.

Let's start with the conditions and limitations of the viewer.

general description

It is proposed to satisfy all the conditions in one fell swoop: stretch the presentation to the maximum number of slides with the minimum amount of text on each, while putting a small part of the informative functions on the ability to visually associate to think: so that the viewer “translates” the image that is not obvious to the meaning impose on him. This will involve the viewer in the narrative process and will keep his attention until the very end.
Another good move would be to try to prove in the subconscious of the viewer what was written on the slide through an illustration.

For example:

Those. we tell the viewer "Everything is possible ... Even three aces in the flop ... And what I'm talking about and even more so!"
')
Problems and Solutions

With this arrangement, it is difficult to identify the main phrases. This can be done by eliminating the slide from the illustration in general (provided that we supplemented all the auxiliary slides with graphics).
You can also use the “continuation” of the previous slide:

A picture familiar to the user adds a certain interest to the slide: image

The result is interesting , I think. I called it a social and promotional presentation.
Of course, I did not discover America at all, but I transferred the format that was popular on slideshare.net to a regular corporate presentation.

What do you,% username%, think about such presentations? You can open the topic and paint a lot of different “little tricks” that will make the presentation interesting with the number of slides> 60 and viewing time <5 minutes ...
