Having settled my righteous indignation, I decided to transfer the domain to a more adequate registrar and a surprise was waiting for me - the contract was not concluded, and in order to conclude it, you need to go to Samara with your passport to their office, despite the fact that I am in Moscow.
Ie either pay or lose a domain, and now what to do? and if there are a hundred of these domains, they also throw?
