Therefore, we always torture ourselves by doing what we hate. Accompanied by this output a large number of negative emotions. And these are our nerves, and - as a result - our health.
So what to do? I found the answer not so long ago, and now I want to share with the Habrasoobschestvom.

Answer: do not do what you do not like. And this is how ... No, I do not call anyone to change their profession, sphere or place of work: there will always be something that does not suit you. The decision, oddly enough, will not be associated with a change in the work itself or the
business sphere.
Relationship change
There is an opinion that things (including work) by themselves cannot be good or bad: our attitude to them makes them so. The conclusion is: changing the attitude, we would change the thing itself. In our case, we will do the undesired work desired.
A bit of theory
It is known that the human psyche is formed by three modal systems (perception systems):
- Visual (vision, picture, color)
- Audible (hearing, voice, sound)
- Kinesthetic (sense of smell, touch, taste)
Each system has its own submodalities - characteristics characteristic of a particular system. For example, visual submodalities will be: color, brightness, contrast, shape, location, etc. Audio: volume, tempo, timbre, rhythm, intonation, etc. Kinesthetic: temperature, pressure, texture, humidity, density, etc.
The secret is that the attitude to the subject is determined only by how it "sees" the psyche.
Moment of truth
To make an unloved work beloved, you just need to “in your head” give it the characteristics of your beloved. That's the whole secret.
How to do it
For example, you like to draw, but you can not stand to draw (my case).
1. Imagine yourself drawing. Analyze visual submodalities. At the same time, it is necessary to answer the question not “what I see,” but “some kind of what I see.”
For example, when I imagine how I draw, I see a bright bright image in orange and green tones with clear boundaries. I see myself from the side.2. Analyze the auditory submodalities. What sounds do you hear?
I hear the thud of a pencil, the soft rustling of paper, etc.3. Analyze the kinesthetic submodalities. What sensations is it accompanied by?
Soft, warm, relaxed ...4. Do steps 1-3 for the unloved occupation (drawing).5. Compare submodalities. Some of them will be the same.
For example, in both cases I see myself from the outside, the sound of a pencil and the sensation of warmth are the same.But there will be different submodalities.
For example, the color in the case of drawing is blue and gray, and in drawing it is orange and green. Characteristics that will vary - critical submodalities. It is because of them that the attitude becomes good or bad.
6. Redefine the submodalities of an unloved affair by the submodalities of a loved one. For example, make a drawing image orange-green. So for all critical submodalities.
7. Rate your desire to do what you just did not want to do ;-)At last
The result is amazing. In the worst case, the hateful business becomes neutral. Neutral can be made loved. Try on yourself ;-)
