My work is directly related to the generation and evaluation of ideas for new products and services in telecommunications.
From my point of view, we do not see now a large number of new products. Especially if you look at the corporate market. Many initiatives of recent years are just beginning to appear. As an example I can cite the notorious Managed Services or security services on the concept of UTM.
All this is only at the beginning of development.
Therefore, research is always very interesting (and, believe me, a lot of them pass through my hands) about where ideas come from.
Interesting data I want to bring this time. Maybe they will be useful to someone and induce the necessary thoughts.
