AdSense is now in Ukrainian. Officially

The official blog “Google Ukraine” reported that AdSense for content and AdSense for search are now available in Ukrainian. Previously, the Ukrainian language, officially, was not supported.

Ukrainian also appeared in the AdSense interface language list. You can change it in the AdSense profile settings.
