Summary:

Pros:

1. Mastering and writing the API took 3-4 hours.
2. The support responds instantly, even at 2 am.
3. Money can be withdrawn to any bank card or withdrawn at an ATM of Privatbank (there are ATMs both in Ukraine and in Russia)
4. There is an application for the iPhone with which you can manage liqpay account
5. Support is implemented through siteheart.com (also Privatbank project) in real time. The chat supports form filling, collective chats and rating and commentary after the conversation.
6. Payments from the cards really pass! :)

Minuses:

1. It took almost 3 days with the support to prove that I am not a deer and that they have an error in the formation of a signature to the packages. As a result, on the 3rd day they recognized that they had a mistake and successfully fixed it.
2. Support costs more attention to details. 3 times I clearly indicated that I was talking about protocol version 1.2, but I persistently continued to send examples of protocol version 1.0. When the girl from the support understood that she could not answer my copy-paste question - she calls the technical specialist in the chat, who RESET the example for version 1.0.
3. To make a payment or authorization in the system, you have to enter your phone, which is sent an SMS to enter. It happens that SMSs stop coming. To fix this problem, you need to contact the support, they distort the SMS gate and SMS start walking. The problem is that not every client will wait for this evil SMS and naturally will not apply to any support.
4. When trying to pay for a product, one of the customers who lives in the States receives the following error: “All transfers are prohibited for this bundle card - telephone”. From the support, I learned the decryption: “Ekaterina Litvinenko: to work in our system, it is necessary that the map and phone number are of the same state” ... I specifically searched on the site. On a site ANYWHERE about it is not written.
5. There is no test area for posting payments. That is, you have to enter into the system a nn-th sum of money and debug them on it, paying your own bill with this money.

IMHO

The system is still too young and suffers from childhood diseases to transfer resources with high turnover to it. But if the genius diagnoses and cures these diseases comes - it will be one of the best systems in terms of simplicity and ease of use.
