Recently, I clearly realized that it was becoming harder and harder for me to pull and push my small initiative on client (and server) optimization. The volume of work, contacts and information is growing every day, and it’s no longer possible to manage it alone.
Actually, what am I talking about? The fact that I want to invite to my team (which has been dealing with performance issues for several years) is not just an optimizer, but a real partner who would be willing to share the scope of both rights and duties.
Who do I see as a partner?
First of all, it is an adequate person. There are many criteria here, but still, the decision will be made only on the basis of personal communication.
Secondly, a person should be well aware of what forms the market for client (and server) optimization and web development. What criteria are important for the customer, what are the features of pricing, etc.
Whether a person is technically technical or with a humanitarian mindset is not so important. But an additional advantage will be a great experience in sales or marketing on the Internet, or in web development, or in the creation of automated testing systems.
