Transfer without bureaucracy: the ice is broken

I received a letter:

RU-CENTER plans to introduce a new opportunity for its customers,
registered on the territory of the Russian Federation - the transfer of rights to domain
online names.

8. Domain transfer

8.1. Domain transfer to another legal or natural person is carried out on the basis of a notice (letter) sent by the Domain Administrator to the Contractor’s address, drawn up in accordance with the requirements and in the order published on the Contractor’s web server. The forms required for the transfer of domain rights to documents are published on the Contractor’s web-server in the “Services” section.

8.2. Upon receipt by the Contractor of a notice (letter) from the Domain Administrator about transferring the domain to another person and confirming the intention to become the Domain Administrator from the person to whom the domain name is transferred, the Contractor, after the identification of the Domain Administrator, takes action within 2 (two) business days domain transfer and notifies the old and new domain administrators. At the discretion of the Contractor, this period may be extended to thirty (30) calendar days.

8.3. When a domain is transferred to another person, the validity of the domain name registration does not change.

8.4. Confirmation of acceptance of the domain by the person to whom the domain is transferred, executed in the form established by the Contractor and received by the Contractor from the specified person, is the latter’s consent with the provisions of these Regulations.

8.5. The Contractor, if there are grounds, is entitled to recognize the transfer of the domain name failed.

8.6. Domain transfer to another person is not performed by the Contractor in the following cases:

a) upon the occurrence of the events specified in paragraph 3.3.3 of these Regulations;
b) within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the Administrator of the domain receives administration rights from another person or a change of Registrar.
