Pohape manual updated

Alternative PHP manual has been updated. Let me remind you that it is good for those PHP developers who are used to using the chm-version of the directory, because it solves some problems:

• Correct coding of Russian sections
• Solving problems with opening chm-files under Linux and Mac OS

Although the influx of users of one well-known operating system of Microsoft, showed that the manual attracted not only the target audience.

In the new version there were quite useful changes:

• Each section of the directory is now attached useful comments from the site php.net, who asked habrauzery in due time
• Added quick links to specific sections for sharing with friends
• The English version of the manual has been updated to version PHP 5.3. For some time now, php.net has no Russian documentation. I decided to leave it, but by default I made a discovery of the English version, in any case it is configurable
• Moving to a new hosting and data compression has increased the speed of discovery
