Clock with a broken arrow

I, like any decent designer, decided not to stay away from modern trends, and re-invented the watch.
The principle is as follows: the minute hand rotates at the end of the hour, and the second at the end of the minute. I have never met such people before, and decided to put a clock on the flush.

By clicking on the clock, time is accelerated (for viewing). Technically, I still do not consider it possible to implement such a design, unless you increase the arrows to a thickness of half a centimeter. In this case, it will be possible to place the mechanism inside the arrows.
