Microsoft enters into a strategic agreement with Nokia

According to the official press release , Microsoft and Nokia enter into a long-term agreement on the development and sale of mobile platform-oriented solutions.

The main positions of the alliance are as follows:

* Access to Exchange ActiveSync for the Nokia platform will be optimized;
* for the Nokia platform, support for Microsoft office applications will be developed for the ability to create, view and edit office documents;
* From next year, Nokia will deliver with its phones the Microsoft Office Communicator Mobile platform, a solution for the corporate market that allows you to exchange instant messages and organize conferences;
* Nokia solutions will get solutions for optimized access to SharePoint servers;
* Nokia solutions will receive management support through the Microsoft System Center.
