Picture For Me - 1 year

To whom just August 12, and for us ( gorp , zinich , newatol ) is a holiday. Exactly a year ago, we introduced our startup to Habré Bookmarks on pictures .
Over the year we have done a number of other projects, but PicFor.Me will remain our favorite.

In honor of the anniversary, I want to present the latest pieces of our project:

- first of all, this Zoomer (from bildero.com ) is a tool for viewing images with high resolution. For example, a photo of Pittsburgh with a resolution of 15956x4903, go to the page and on the top right click on the picture of the Loupe. I think you will like it.

- the second: Image server (also from bildero.com ), it can be used to combine several (dozens) images into one, which by itself increases the page loading speed, for example, to show 811 avatars it took only 32 server requests (you could and less to do).



Adding pictures to bookmarks made easy. For this, we made a plugin for Firefox . With it, you can add more images at once. To do this, on the page with pictures, right-click and select "Pic all images on page".
You can mark a picture as “private” and this picture will be available only to you.

We have added albums, so besides tags you can group pictures by albums . Also with the help of the album you can easily create a photo post on your blog. On the album page, click “Blog this album!” And an html code will be generated for you, which you can immediately insert into your blog, while the description of the pictures will also be displayed.

If you like the bookmarks of a user, you can add him as a friend and follow him on the Friends page.
