Sleep after work, for further work

It so happened that after eight hours of work in the office, I have to sit at my home computer and do the same work, but already working for myself (more precisely, the customer from the freelance exchanges). But my body is made this way (and not only mine), that after a working day, I work at home much worse. The speed of assignments is very small, I can solve the simplest tasks for a long time, a large number of errors and a lot of thoughts about the outsider.



I managed to solve this problem with a dream. Yes, this is not a wheel, and somewhere on the hbra they have already written about the benefits of a 15 minute sleep, but then I did not appreciate all the benefits of this sleep. So what am I doing.

After a working day at the office, I walk home (if the weather is fine). This walk takes me about 25 minutes. At home, I have a good dinner and go to bed for 30 minutes. From these 30 minutes, on average, about 10-15 minutes of sleep, but there's nothing you can do. All the ways that should help you fall asleep quickly take a lot longer than my 30 minutes. But my hearty dinner in itself stimulates sleep and, it turns out, is a way to quickly fall asleep. After sleep, I start working.

What happened.

Significantly increased the speed of work. The number of errors has decreased. There are thoughts about extraneous things. As a result, now I have time to work after work and even began to slowly study Ruby, which I have long wanted to do.
