From simple correspondence to social networking
September 16, 2009, IBM holds the IBM Lotus Technology Forum 2009. We invite habrians to discuss the topics of the Forum and register for free under the cut.
It is no secret that an increasing percentage of employees today work remotely from the central office, including separately from their head. According to a recent IBM study, 98% of directors of companies call innovation in the field of collaboration the main component of the success and further development of their business.

One of the priorities of IBM is the development of Lotus family solutions designed to simplify organization and improve teamwork, and ultimately to increase company productivity.
Lotus is not only a well-known Notes mail client, but a whole set of software for teamwork. The Forum will discuss technologies:
• LotusLive , which will allow you to use the software as a service and save on its administration;
• Lotus Foundations , which will ensure the deployment of an application server and solution infrastructure at the push of a button and do not require special training for its maintenance;
• UC2 - unified communications that help reduce the cost of telephone calls and travel, allowing you to organize online conferences and use IP telephony;
• Lotus Connections , which will use the potential of social networks for business innovation;
• Lotus Symphony as an alternative to Microsoft software and much more;
On September 16, 2009, at the IBM Lotus Technology Forum, we want to discuss how collective innovations and social networks based on IBM Lotus can help in organizing collaboration. At the Forum, experts and IBM business partners will talk about the prospects and future development strategies, new features and benefits of IBM Lotus software.
International specialists will join us: Byron Lawson , director of software for IBM Lotus, CEEMEA, and Uffe Sorensen , director of technology for IBM Lotus, CEEMEA.
The event will be attended by heads of enterprises and business units, IT managers, decision architects, technical specialists. In the person registered we will be happy to see the masters.
