Does a paper scientific article publish a simple link to a redirect instead of a long unreadable original address?

The question for me is vital.
As a graduate student I am writing an article now and periodically suffer. One of the reasons - long unreadable links. In an electronic article there is no difference what is under the anchor. But for paper it is very significant.

For example:
keshtech.com

To publish this in a footnote, of course, you can. But the interested person will go crazy until he gets it all. And there are after all both more difficult and more authentic ...
A simple solution is to create a redirect. For example, put in a footnote rambocat.chat.ru , which will automatically transfer to the original. Such is the care of the reader from paper media. Original addresses can be disclosed at the end.
')
Of course, the rules of scientific publications are very strict. But after all they were formed rather for a long time.
What do you think about these redirects?
