Privacy on Habré

I have been concerned about this question for quite some time:
Often on Habré you can find topics that describe in some example, often quite interesting, a certain working moment of the company% companyname%.
But how correct is this in terms of respect for colleagues? This is not about corporate blogs, but about topics written by ordinary employees. Criticism, of course, is useful to read, but not every manager will want to see a collective discussion of the situation in his department by outsiders.
Or am I wrong? How much privacy should be observed in such cases?
