In management there are many different theories on any topic, and of course some people conditionally divide people into types. I will talk about one thing (unfortunately, I don’t know what it is called, but it seems that Peter Drucker, the famous management theorist, came up with it).

According to the theory of all employees can be divided into
4 types :
Workaholic | People who work hard and do any work, even routine. Magnificent subordinates and the dream of any leader. They are afraid to make a mistake, although they make them less often than others. Often do not know how to risk. This is the fate of many excellent students from schools and universities, our education system has made them excellent subordinates for years. |
Clever men | People who are always full of new ideas. “Creative approach” to many tasks is peculiar to them. They are able to create new projects, technologies, develop new areas of work, etc. Constantly trying to learn something new, watching the trends in the market. I think many Habrozhiteli to this type of people belong. |
Communicators | People whose main advantage is the ability to communicate. They are the link in the team, the distributor of information, often unite the team. The first candidates for “sociable professions”: sales managers, marketing specialists, etc. |
The organizers | People who can and like to organize: from going to nature with friends and ending with the creation of the company. Often pronounced leaders. Usually such abilities manifest from an early age. |
Often a person combines several types at once (2-3) and the more there are in one person - the better this employee. For yourself, you can think for yourself right now and determine what types are in you.
A good team should have all kinds of employees. One can only sympathize with those who: 1. There are no employees who can perform any routine work. 2. No new ideas 3. No communication. Or the worst - 4. There is no organization.
Corollary:1. Workers in a team should be a lot, otherwise who will do all the work?
2. Clever people need to be charged with work on innovations, new technologies, improvements.
3. Communicators must convey new information to the whole team.
4. Well, the organizers, oddly enough, should organize all the work.
As a result, if the manager conducts such a division and gives the “right” tasks to the right employees, they will cope with them easily, quickly and efficiently.
