New life without IE6

This theme is based on the mobilz life without IE6 theme.

Looking at its variation of the page execution, I didn’t like the background and the text of the page, so I decided to change them a little.

Highlights:
Added links to the LiveInternet counter to provide users with objective information about the share of Internet Explorer 6 on the Internet. Updated versions of browsers used on the page, as well as links to the main points that may be incomprehensible to users (for example, the expression "Geek").
