Manager and programmer

A man flying in a balloon found himself lost. He came down a little lower and noticed a woman on the ground. Going down a little lower, he addressed her:

- Excuse me, could you help? I arranged to meet with a friend an hour ago, but I do not know where I am now.

- You are in a balloon 30 feet from the surface of the Earth, a woman answered between 40 and 41 degrees north latitude and between 59 and 60 degrees west longitude.

- You must be a programmer?

- Yes, and how did you guess?

- You gave me an absolutely accurate answer, but I have absolutely no idea what to do with this information, and I am still lost. Frankly, you did not help me at all.

- And you, probably, the manager?

- Yes. And you guessed it?

- You do not know where you are and where you are going. You climbed there, thanks to the air. You have made a promise that you have no idea how to fulfill, and expect that people who are below you will solve your problems. And finally, now you are in the same position in which you were before meeting with me, but for some reason now I was to blame for this.
