Russian OpenBSD Package Filter Documentation (PF)

Hello!
A couple of months ago I translated the first part of the PF documentation (there is no time for the rest).
But publish recently. I think many documentation will be useful, and maybe someone even wants to help in this matter, which would be just great.

From myself I want to add that PF is a great firewall, it has great capabilities and at the same time its syntax is very simple.
