Wanted CMS and that was a gift, but not like a barn =)

So, CMS is searched, it is Content Management System.
The following signs:

- Quick and easy
- More or less stress tolerance (not Google of course, but I have delusions of grandeur =) but in general it’s for the “future”, well, just ... why should I have a colossus on clay feet)
- Not very sophisticated design and themes, I want to be able to make something simple 2-3 columns in the spirit of openbsd.org minimalism, not really bothering about this
- You need to import out of the box or plug-in documents, for example, ODTs (turning them into a post / page with formatting preserved), but also formatted txt will do
- you need a "document management"
- FAQ management is needed (with a mold of questions and their pre-moderation-answers to them)
- need some article manager
- of course I want an open source and “freebies”
- preferably php or pearl
- and of course the news! =)))

Has anyone encountered such a beast?
