The privacy of your mail with some services

After reading recently habratopik " Yandex Photos and file storage period, " I remembered a much more strange situation with storing files after deleting an account.

Once upon a time I used mail in the domain @ inet.ua ... Over time, having learned all the delights of Google mailing , I left the mailbox. A few years passed and I wanted to pull out old letters into a new mailbox - went to @ inet.ua and saw that the e-mail was safely deleted due to inactivity (?). Well, in principle, I didn’t really need those letters ... I decided to re-register the box with the same name, just like that. Registered ... and what did I see? Going into a newly registered box with the same name and password as a couple of years ago, I saw all my letters that were in the box before it was deleted !!!

I repeat once again: the name of the box was free, I re-registered it . Well this is how you can allow? What privacy is there ...
